To login:
Click in the box marked Account No. and enter your Account Number.
Click in the box marked ••••••• and enter your password which is your postcode without any spaces e.g. RM14 3PJ would be entered as RM143PJ
Finally, click on the Login button.
Why does my order not appear immediately on the the Order Status Page?
It's all down to timing! Order status is updated approximately every six working hours, so your order will appear shortly.
